On August 21, 2025, Caritas Moldova responded to an urgent request from the Ukrainian Embassy in the Republic of Moldova regarding the necessary support for the transit of 70 Ukrainian citizens on their way home.

In the context of a long and difficult journey, the Caritas Moldova team provided food, water, and essential items, thus ensuring more dignified and safer conditions for those in transit.
