Role Description:
At Caritas Moldova, we are looking for a Program Director—a strategic leader who transforms vision into measurable results. We are not looking for a mere administrator: we want an architect of impact, capable of designing sustainable programs, managing complex budgets, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Design: Develop the 3–5-year program strategy and translate the organization’s objectives into portfolios of sustainable projects.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate implementation teams, ensure planning, monitoring, and timely delivery of activities.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, allocations, and financial reporting to donors; ensure transparency and compliance.
- Resource Mobilization: Develop CSR partnerships and relationships with international foundations; contribute to the fundraising strategy.
- M&E and Quality: Implement monitoring and evaluation systems; propose data-driven improvements.
- Leadership and Development: Mentor project managers; promote a results-oriented and inclusive organizational culture.
