LETTER OF INVITATION
Caritas Moldova Charitable Foundation announces a call for tenders for the purchase of the works for the adaptation of heating systems in rural houses (8 houses).

CONTEXT                                                                                                                                          

The procurement is carried out within the project "Caritas Norway:222MDA02".

PURPOSE: The purpose of this request is to sign a contract for the execution of works necessary to reduce the vulnerability of the beneficiaries of the above mentioned project.

For this purpose, we are requesting tenders for works to adapt heating systems.

In this regard, we are requesting bids for cold season home insulation work (production, removal and installation of windows and doors).

SUBMISSION OF THE FILE 

The application file shall contain the documents in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers and the Specifications.

It will be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Tender Specifications and in strict accordance with the procedure laid down in the Instructions for Tenderers.

The application file must be sent electronically by e-mail to the following address: procurement@caritas.md, with the mention 'Tender for cold-season house insulation work (production, dismantling and installation of windows and doors)' or submitted in an envelope to the address of the municipality of Chisinau, str. G. Asachi no. 30/1, Caritas Moldova Charitable Foundation.

After sending the offers, please make sure that the offer has been received by Caritas Moldova Charitable Foundation in the form of a confirmation e-mail. Caritas Moldova is only responsible for confirmed offers.

Deadline for submission: 26 September 2023;

Caritas Moldova Charitable Foundation will not consider applications submitted after the deadline.

Requirements for eligible applicants:

Legal entities registered in the Republic of Moldova;

License or other permit in the field of construction/renovation works

Experience in the field, minimum 5 years.

Bidders shall send signed, stamped and dated bids to the e-mail or postal address specified in this solicitation on or before the exact time specified in this solicitation.
