In a gesture of solidarity with the Georgian people, the Caritas Moldova team joined the initiative launched by Caritas Europa to mark a moment of collective prayer.
We are pleased to announce that we have recently organized our second training dedicated to effective communication for our child-friendly centre employees!
In 2024, rental housing remains a significant challenge for refugees settled in Moldova. The high degree of vulnerability for these people, as well as high inflation, makes it difficult to find housing that meets minimum living standards and is affordable. The "Transitional Accomodation for Vulnerable Ukrainian Refugees in Moldova" program addresses this problem through a combination of financial assistance for rental, host family, minor repairs and cold weather.
We are thrilled to announce that we recently organized a special training session on burnout prevention for our employees working at the child-friendly centers!
Why was this training important? Those who work with children every day know how challenging it can be to stay energetic and positive. That’s why we decided to invest in our team’s well-being, providing them with the tools they need to manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Guided by the Romanian proverbs "dar din dar se face rai" and "dacă ai carte, ai parte", Stefanini donated books for children from Caritas Moldova Centers. On this occasion, we are deeply grateful to our partners for their generosity! This support to our libraries will open new horizons of knowledge and enrich the imagination of our little readers.
On the occasion of his 35th anniversary of priesthood, the Caritas Moldova Charitable Foundation sends its warmest congratulations and thanks to His Excellency Anton Coșa for his tireless service and exemplary devotion to the community and to the most needy among us.
