November 19 marks the World Day for the Prevention of Violence and Abuse against Children and Youth, an initiative launched by the World Women’s Summit Foundation (WWSF) in 2000 to raise awareness about one of the most serious issues facing our society today: violence against children. It serves as a valuable resource for professionals and communities in preventing and responding to cases of violence.
Prevention begins with education, with listening to children, and with the responsibility of every adult.
