The project represents a significant step towards environmental sustainability and community empowerment in the Republic of Moldova. The impact of the project is socio-economic, targeting socially vulnerable groups (vulnerable families, women, children) in the Stefan Voda region.

During project implementation, 35 workshops were organized in 35 schools in Stefan Voda, mun. Chișinău, Fălești and Călărași, where more than 2000 pupils were trained on environmental protection issues, and 55 students received carpentry equipment for starting woodworking businesses, after completing the training courses. The basic objective of the project is to cultivate paulownia trees and provide firewood to more than 300 needy families by 2029.
