Responsibilities:

• community development
• providing support (humanitarian, psycho-emotional) to people in need
• beneficiary needs assessment and solution
• the record of each beneficiary's file
• case management
• project coordination

Expectations for candidates:

• Motivation, dynamism, ability to organize, enthusiasm and seriousness;
• The specialization in the field of social assistance, psychology is an advantage
• Communicability
• Working in a similar position is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Romanian and Russian. Knowledge of English, at least at an intermediate level, is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of PC operation
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Excellent ability to analyze and synthesize, correct interpretation of data, situations.
