December 10 marks the celebration of International Human Rights Day. Around the globe, entire communities are still being marginalized, neglected and deprived of basic dignity. International organizations carefully monitor these situations and work to the best of their ability to ensure the compliance with the human rights standards in every country.

Caritas Moldova stands by the principles of human rights. We constantly promote dignity, respect and solidarity towards our fellow members of community. Our foundation keeps track of internal instances of human rights violations and mitigates them through frequent surveys and check-ups of our social centers. We never segregate our beneficiaries, respect and help them regardless of their race, nationality and a specter of beliefs. Furthermore, we encourage our local partners to comply with these principles as well. Caritas Moldova strongly believes in equality and condemns any acts of human rights violation.
