Today marks 29 years since the establishment of the Charity Foundation "Caritas Moldova". On this occasion, we remember with warmth and gratitude all those who have contributed to our mission of helping vulnerable people in the Republic of Moldova.

From 6 to 8 of May, the President of Caritas Moldova Charitable Foundation, Fr. Petru Ciobanu, and its Executive Director, Edward Lucaci, are participating in the 2024 Regional Conference and Directors' Forum of Caritas Europa in Brussels.

The Resurrection of the Christ represents the victory of life over death, light over darkness and hope over despair. It is the moment when we can feel, more strongly than ever, the divine presence and God's boundless love for us.

The more materialistic the world we live in becomes, the more important it is to cultivate general human values inspired by Christianity. This is because no progress would be possible without religious landmarks. Before becoming creative, man should realise that he is God's creation. Without faith in Jesus Christ there would be neither the human rights nor the freedoms we enjoy today.
